L.A. Framing Wholesaler sells and ships products within the United States only. The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin if we do not have the items in stock and until we receive all the information we need for full payment or full authorization, in the case of a credit card.
Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm PDT, excluding Federal Reserve holidays.
If you are not satisfied with your product purchase at L.A. Framing Wholesaler please request a refund or exchange within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging.
For product returns, your request must be officially approved by L.A. Framing Wholesaler.
All approved returning items must be returned within 10 business days from the date of purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returning the product. The original cost of shipping will not be refunded.
All returned items will be examined prior to the refund being processed.
